Welcoming INSCYD

We’re very happy to announce a partnership with INSCYD to offer our clients access to the same physiological testing used by many of the top athletes in cycling, triathlon, and other endurance sports.

INSCYD was created by former HTC-Columbia coach Sebastian Weber, and is used by World Tour teams like CCC, Bora-Hangsgrohe and Jumbo-Visma, as well as athletes like Mathieu van der Poel and Ironman world champion Jan Frodeno.

INSCYD essentially allows us to get lab-quality testing data from simple field testing using a power meter or smart trainer. This lets us test our athletes remotely and provide them with the same training data used by the top coaches in the world to tweak training programs.

Soon we’ll be sharing more information on INSCYD testing, complete with guides to the metrics INSCYD provides and case studies on it’s use. For now, you can check out more on our website’s dedicated page for inside testing here.
